About Victoria Brown

Dr. Victoria Brown is the Assistant Provost for eLearning. She is responsible for the administration of the University’s new Center for eLearning. In this capacity, Dr. Brown collaborates with FAU’s 10 colleges, as well as its schools, departments and faculty to facilitate new eLearning courses and programs, and enhance existing courses. FAU Launches Learning Management Exploratory Committee

The BOG Learning Management System (LMS) Committee has selected the state sponsored LMS. The committee evaluated three systems: Desire2Learn, Blackboard, and Canvas/Infrastructure. State Approves Online Strategic Plan for 2025

On November 4, 2015, the Board of Governors approved the Online Education 2025 Strategic Plan. The plan covers three areas: quality, access, and affordability. The plan has 9 goals, 15 strategies, and 49 tactics to achieve the 18 performance indicators. The numbers are impressive.
